The Allen-Bradley 1771-QB is a Linear Positioning Module designed to bring high-performance motion control to PLC-5 automation systems. Ideal for hydraulic motion applications, the 1771-QB integrates advanced machine control features with the hydraulic control capabilities of the PLC. It supports two independent motion control axes and features a rapid 2 millisecond update rate for precise, real-time positioning. This module is capable of executing advanced control algorithms including Proportional + Integral + Derivative (PID) and Feed-forward control, ensuring accurate and responsive system behavior. The 1771-QB enhances system flexibility by embedding sophisticated motion control directly into the PLC chassis.
