The Allen-Bradley 1784-U2DHP is a USB-to-Data Highway Plus (DH+) communication adapter designed for programming and interfacing with PLC-5 and SLC 5/04 processors. Ideal for use with RSLogix 5 or RSLogix 500 software, this module enables a personal computer to communicate directly with DH+ devices via RSLinx. Functionally equivalent to the legacy 1784-PCMK card, the 1784-U2DHP offers a modern USB interface for DH+ communication, eliminating the need for a PCMCIA slot. The adapter is a convenient solution for technicians and engineers needing reliable access to DH+ networks from laptops or workstations.
