The Allen-Bradley 1771-RT44 is a discontinued Remote Termination Panel (RTP) designed for use with 1771-N Series I/O modules in PLC-5 systems. As a base version RTP, it supports 4 input channels with straight-through wiring for simplified field signal connections. The 1771-RT44 is intended for general-purpose analog signal termination but does not support thermocouple inputs. Its straightforward design and channel support make it suitable for legacy applications that require reliable connectivity and clean signal routing in a PLC-5 environment.
